The original purpose of this letter was to address our concern over a nightmarish real estate experience we had. However, it is the easy thing to point to the problem in a situation and much more difficult to determine the solution. So rather than complain and point to the problem I would like to commend and present a solution…. The experience my Wife and I went through this past week is something I would not wish upon anyone. Because of incompetency and dishonesty, we experienced unnecessary stress, worry and concern over a real estate transaction that should have been simple.
